You may upgrade or downgrade anytime; there is no contract to keep you in your plan, however some of the design plans do not allow you to downgrade the package, you still can upgrade or downgrade the Configurable Options.

You can upgrade and downgrade your package and options straight from our Cliente Secure Area, under Client Area -> My Products & Services. Click on the product you'd like to upgrade or downgrade and select View Details. If the upgrading or downgrading option is available, you will find a button at the bottom of the page that says 'Upgrade/Downgrade Package' and 'Upgrade/Downgrade Options'.

You will be billed at a prorated amount for the remainder of your month at the time of the upgrade. (Example: If you pay us $4.99 a month for the DIY plan and wanted to upgrade to extra 500Mb of disk space, which is $9.52 a month, that is a $4.53 per month difference. If you were half way into your billing cycle, you would only be billed $2.26 for the upgrade fee.)
