How do I renew my hosting?

Your hosting plan will automatically renew every billing cycle (normally year-to-year).

To ensure renewal, all you need to do is pay for the hosting starting when your invoice is created (often 30 days before the due date you will receive a reminder) and within the 5 day grace period (5 days after the due date). If you have been with ChilliWeb for more than 90 days, you may also add some credit to your account; the excess amount will be applied to your future invoices (just like paying in advance).
